Lucia lives with us in Canberra, Australia, but she gets to spend several months each year running amok in the forest where we do research. This is her at 8 weeks, already looking a bit bored with the silly human with the camera.

All that time in the woods, and sticks are still her favorite toys. And this one is definitely HERS!!!

At six months old, she won her first obedience award at our local club. Alas, it's all been downhill since then!
